Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for standard (non-personalized) items. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Personalized Items
Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your personalized item arrives with an error on our part, we will replace it at no charge.
How to Return
- Email us at support@gradocreations.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send return instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective / Damaged / Incorrect: We cover 100% of return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
- Customer preference: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-printed items (unless defective)
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items not in original condition
