2. Are your products really personalized?
Yes, absolutely. Personalization is at the heart of everything we do. Every item that leaves our fulfillment center is custom-made to your exact specifications — name, text, photo, or design.
3. Can I customize the design or text?
Yes! Customization is at the heart of what we do. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all. You can work directly with our team to select the customization options — name, message, photo, color, and style.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required. Please note that we currently do not ship internationally.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Because our items are made to order, our standard handling time is 5 to 10 business days. Once shipped, transit time typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Therefore, you can expect your order to arrive within 8–17 business days from the date of purchase.
6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for standard items. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please note that customized, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
7. Who pays for return shipping?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Grado Creations will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label. However, if you are returning an item due to customer preference (wrong size ordered, change of mind), the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
8. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet entered the production phase or been shipped. After 24 hours, the order cannot be cancelled as production will have begun.
9. Do you work with wholesale or commercial buyers?
While we love working directly with individual customers to create bespoke pieces, we also have extensive experience in commercial production. For bulk orders or wholesale inquiries, please contact us at support@gradocreations.com.
